    Hey mate,

    That question has been covered quite a few times.

    Here it is:

    They have no cash but are funded by Sinom, RMI's largest shareholder.

    Interest free and unsecured.

    No dilution necessary, although now that's it's up a bit I wouldn't mind a decent raise soonish and an aggressive push for the high grade area as they indicated in the quarterly.
