You wont get any shares for $1.30ish, assume you meant high $6.30's. You will not be entitled to the 11c divi paid today, but the rest you will be. This amounts to $6.59 + franking credits if you can utilise them.

Just remember that this deal will not be complated until most likely early January, so you will have to hold them for a while.
