The opportunity in the next 4 to 6 weeks is to collect the dips and play the game
Jan...feb etc should be higher opportunities to de risk depending ones risk profile
In the end all can turn to crap on any play but sometimes you pull the trigger see the story growing and area heating up etc
Until your given a reason to move in you stay if you believe its going up if you think its going down then you leave
Plenty money gets made everyone happy
