Does anyone know the process required for this listing.I know that there are some requirements re visitations to Canada each year by board members and it costs approx $1m to structure the listing,but I do not see the buyback requirements as part of the process.LGL recently went through the process without going through a buyback.I would have thought it an admin process of linking the issued shares of the ASX to the TSX. Can anyone briefly explain?
