Dumped all for a huge loss - will take a year to recover.

Have found some relief now. Watching the SP and HC has been akin to a drug addiction - all consuming, sleep depriving, health affecting and a major source of stress at home.

I woke up to the realization that this could go on for months and months and made a life choice for myself and my family.

I wish the best to all that plan to hold and hope that you cope with your stress better than I have.

I've been successfully trading for many years and this is the first time that I've been badly caught out.

Lesson learned - I've paid for my trading degree now after all these years.

HC is a good slave but a poor master.
