Pretty much sums it up well, but why are they reducing liquidity by reducing stock on ASX? Are they trying to take it into private hands again? At what point will ASX say it needs to be delisted? Is it risky buying the stock because the founders are buying too much of own stock back?
I'm thinking escrow will be the biggest and most valuable asset over coming years.
