    No thanks, our property value fetch amazing prices because of chinese. Dont want any cheapskate budging in offering some ridiculously fair prices. I want ramped, unfair, super overvalued offers for takeover. Eastern states property would only be like 300-400k if it wasnt for them pushing it up over a mil in city areas.
