Hot, but JARE not Sojitz, 10yr sales agreement would remain, and no CR, perhaps a smallish additional portion from capital mkts, but majority funded from FCF, particularly given lead times on primary plant > concentrator > tunnel furnace.
Brownfield capital intensity $40/50kg NdPr, in comparison to the greenfields $130/180kg NdPr, no brainer, particularly given demonstrated expertise commissioning the past two modules plus the deeply developed engagement to end mkts.
Nobody else, but nobody on the planet, can come remotely close to leveraging those assets, without even mentioning Mt Weld.
