Hi KKW, you would have been modded as you mentioned names. HC protects everyone... the Good, the bad and the ugly (always loved that movie - lots of grey areas with all the characters )
Not mentioning names protects you from lawsuits. So if you don't mention names or attack individuals or groups then you can say practically anything
But up to you if you want to say more.
