Hi Kingpins
Part of the problem is our complete obsession with residential real estate as a means to make quick money off a relatively short period of cheap credit. This obsession will end badly .
To make something new, to grow something or to invent something is productive. Investors from abroad realise that.
As I see it there will continue to be a convergence of technologies that make agriculture far more productive and resilient. However brains need to be attracted back to the sector.
cheers
