As stated, this company is in real trouble!
The issue at $0.03 was made when the shares were trading at $0.07, if that is not a desparate grab at some cash to keep them going for a few more months then what is it?
That is why the shares are now at $0.04 and with the new issue will stay down there when these hit the market.
We have seen a cash burn rate from the management of NAL that is criminal.
