Not sure if it would be free booze but it might be for offical launch to some extent and I guess good value if they get lots of initial downloads of the app.
However pub crawls often cost a ticket fee that doesn't include drinks - the cost of the ticket gets people express entry to venues without lines and often discounted drink specials for those part of the crawl. All free refers just to the ticket ?
