Too late for RMA on this, they had their chance & blew it. You should know newtrader (didn't you say you were a lawyer) that the DOCA will stop & cap any claims by RMA that relate to dealings prior to administartion. Yet, if new directors of MSO see worth in chasing a claim against RMA they can. Personally, I think both parties should return to their corners of the ring & lick their wounds. Enough money & management time has been spent top date on this matter. Those are two commodities (management time & money) that either party are not blessed with at the moment.
