with the advent of online sales and faster logistics its not needed
they should cut costs where they can reduce the stores and product offering make it easier and simpler for consumers to buy and transact and reward repeat buyers as copetition for discret spend is fierce
but differentiate from others by offering better customer service and other services
to entice customers in and maybe stay longer
