It is interesting to contemplate whether the entity who just purchased Kingsgates 64m shares (~19%) is a new shareholder or someone adding to an already significant position?

Also, it will be interesting to discover whether it is a fund or a miner who wants to acquire resource ounces.
If it is the later, then a takeover may be back in play at some point.
