Presumption is the Mother of all F-Ups.
Its such a shame they can't have one announcement that saves us having to read the hidden messages between the lines.
"Proceedings are scheduled to commence on **/11/2017 & completion is expected on **/11/2017 - allowing time for NLI to submit application for Mining license by 07/12/2017...."

Let's hope that when they announce victory in Court, it answers more questions than it raises!!!
