What is the chance of the company going broke? I think maybe 30% chance of price going to 0. Others might put it as high as 50% chance of that happening? If the company survives it will be because it has achieved growth quickly enough to hit breakeven. What will the upside be? Many hundreds of %? 300%? 400? 1000?
I have bought back in, a smaller holding than before. Smaller because the quarterly showed the risk of total capital loss is significant. But I've bought back in because i think the company is still more likely to survive than not and while I can lose 100% of my investment i should make several times that if the company survives. It's a straight out punt for me. In gambling parlance im getting $4 or $5 about what I believe is a $1.50 chance. Good luck to us all, I can certainly see why this company has become too risky for most.
