vcr is a biotech/hi-tech company in venture stage
sp value is a result of the hype that management can talk up the market nothing else.
obviously the management is not very good at this,
but they did do a placement at 80cents
in the light of this failure to protect a placement issue, this company is in dog classification and therefore alot of work will be needed to regain an upswing
value 10cents today
