@CHR1SSO mate these guys who want the incentives etc. do not deserve any. They have milked us dry with humongous salaries and while we complained about their lack of communication and decision making when these people were not performing, we got nadda, nothing. They ignored us and backed their buddies. Shareholders phewww! It took for all our money to disappear before they moved aside with still ridiculous salaries and pat on the back bonuses if reached target are met that with low benchmarks in my honest opinion. They could put on a whole sales division for what they were paying themselves the last year and a half.
Bonuses, potentially more money sucked from us, have they not heard the market. Lets see how much of a bonus does a Sales Rep get nowadays hmmmm. They should let the right people sell and do what they do best, make things. A Salesman/woman gets a Salary say 100k for a good one and thats it. A friend of mines misses is a top Salesperson for her Boss who is extremely wealth and one of the richest guys in Australia. She travels the world for him, stays in England for a couple of weeks then goes to NY you get the picture. She is his right hand. She also get NO bonuses only a credit card to pay for expenses while OS. But we want to give them 2,000,000 to 10,000,000 shares in the business for every 250k the bring in, that does not add up to good economy of scale, in my opinion. What profit are we being told is even being made before these bonuses are paid. They havent provided that information have they. Lets be putting the money/shares in the Bank not in employees or BOD pockets.
I was bringing in 1.2 million dollar contracts in the electrical business in my twenty's with definitely no expense account or bonuses and win a few of these a year. Are they getting their figures from an Accountant? I personally wouldnt think so because he would know that the bonuses were excessive in comparison to the revenue being made. Lets not let them take what we cannot afford to pay them or anyone else. Otherwise we will have to bring in the accountants or another CR.
Nothing against you mate by no means but enough is enough with paying them. Lets see them lift the SP a Disallowed before we discuss further bonuses.
