Dodgy performance reporting

Has anyone noticed that AEG is reporting NTA performance using $1.065/share?

However, the issue price was $1.10/share and even if you take the pro forma asset value backing per share from the prospectus it was only $1.079.

Then if you look at their performance you would think they are doing very well, however I am still yet to recover the amount I invested at the IPO.

Fishy....
