Of course the market determines the starting price, but the gold rush currently happening at Pilangoora where volt and liquid have 3 tenements that only previously targeted lithium is interesting.

KAI recently raised $7 mill and their price has risen multiples, and some of the tenements are very close, maybe John could post a map showing how close, DEG is also very close and look at recent rise there.
With PLS, AJM, BGS, AGY, rising on Lithium and now some are finding gold there as well.

But again, these are WEX/Volt/Liquid projects and nothing to do with ARK.
