Maybe because it’s already 4 bags since 1c like three weeks ago - 4 bags in 3 weeks means it is not at all out of the question it could be 10 bags by the end of the year. The volume lately and rise shows a genuine re-rate. After the price stabilized with a few sellers and shaky holders with the issue, then this could keep going North.
What I said is literally what you said anyway, with updated pfs and dfs on its way plus the other recent good news, it can keep heading north - don’t know why you’re giving my comment such negativity - I may have been brief and didnt establish all my groundings, but the same principle goes.
