I want Hugh/TMR to start outlining how IBR holders will have to contribute their share of the ongoing development expenses. Costing $60M to bring us to production (if it goes to plan), that means the 14% hold out are up for $8.4M, or almost 50c per share just to keep their stake at the 14% level.

Can TMR make them pay this, or does it not work like that? Surely they would be treated like any other shareholder in a mining tennement (ok it's a bit different because their small indivduals but still)?

Do they get dilluted down if they don't contribute, ie. if TMR put the whole $60M it brings their stake up to 92% etc (or whatever the ratio would work out to)?
