I don't have a problem with managaement being issued performance stock, but I'd like to see more information. Keith Coughlan is being issued 850,000 CDIs (current value A$650,000) in addition to his annual salary of $200,000 (I'm guessing here) because...
What milestones has the company reached to trigger the issue, what are the kpis? Is it just because he's a good bloke...or because he plays a mean game of tennis? Shareholders deserve more than this.
