That's not what is being said at all.
What we are saying is that CTM have found potential deposit sites because of the high trace gold HOWEVER the deposit size and grade cannot be truly determined until they drill.
So there is potential, but the full range of potential is unknown/uncertain. The market likes potential but hates uncertainty so until a drill goes into the ground, there may not be a huge positive uptick in the share price.
