Your well aware of what KPMG has valued the shares at, which is slightly negative, or zero, close enough. I've seen you post on it.
So really SGH SH have already lost everything.
Theres still a chance to get 5c on market, which is still probably the best financial outcome for current SH imo.
The whole thing may well be hard to swallow for SH but a YES vote will give SH who continue to hold, something for nothing and a NO vote will almost certainly result in ensuring SH get zero.
It's purely a financial decision. Best for SH to vote YES in my book.
