$10 would mean a 22 billion dollar company that has no cash flow.
i had been on GBG since 60 cents and recently sold my entire holdings.
you have to realise these massive valuations on companies with no cash flow wont hold in any downturn.
what if with all this extra iron ore been pumped into market we see the spot come off, the GBG/SDL conglomerate will be dumped the the shizen housen.
i see this move with the two as been opportunistic, it doesnt add any value to shareholders cosidering there wont be any substantial production until 2010.
yada yada, everyone is now going to say look at how much iron ore GBG/SDL has etc etc. BUT what if spot starts dropping squeezing the already fairly tight margins on the magnetite resource.
IMO iron ore companies have had a good run, time to look for next resource, judging by recent activity its going to be oil!
