Can I assume from your logic that there are many out there suffering from back related pain whose imaging results show healthy happy intervertebral disks with perfectly normal disk height, intact and healthy pulposus and fibrosis and Zero impingement? I seriously doubt it.
The answer to that is absolutely YES. Not maybe, but definitely. I see it all the time, as does anyone who works in this industry. I can quote you hundreds of quality, peer review studies to prove it but I doubt you or anyone else would read them.
