That's a 1.3% upgrade.
Wow.
You don't perhaps think that the margin of error when it comes to deriving fair value for the securities of a publicly-listed company is somewhat higher than 1.3%, as in many multiples of it? Or do you think equity analysts are able to derive valuation numbers accurate to 3 significant figures?
Also, do yourself a favour: have a look at what Morningstar's "fair value" for MSB has done over time. (Hint: you don't get better correlated lagging indicators of share prices, than stockbroker target prices, in my long-made observations.)
