    I like how the purpose if for the issuing of options is incentive for the directors to perform but the excercise price is the average of the closing price. Even with no work whatsoever the price will rise based on GDYs drilling and the industry of renewable energy in general. Incentive would be making them excerciseable at .50 or more!
