    "u guys simply aint looking at whats gonna make PGM a global mining house mid term.  Accumulation for core is current whilst price is obviously being capped to squeeze out every little bit of loose stock before it launches.  And it can launch on so many things  Next Tech PP is circa 35 then we will be staring at major 52-64 basing zone OWEP"
