Just checked early repayment fees on my RAMS 85% lvr lo-doc loan-2% of limit for the first 2 years, 1.5% of limit if paid out in the 3rd year + loan discharge fees $295 + $295 other fees. Would be surprised if Bankwest is meeting all these fees on a refinance to them.
Interest rate started out at 8.19% on 4 July now 8.79% (after one 25 basis points hike by RBA).
