Goodness the graph could have been presented better. It needs needs different colours for the interval lines.
Right now it looks like every participant has gotten worse and is "below" the baseline whereas that actually means that it was an improvement in UPDRS. It would not have been hard to add improved and worsened onto the axis for the layman. A question at the end of that phonecall seemed confused about that issue and then seemed misunderstood.

Glad someone asked why they didn't wait till Monday with the trading halt. More data would have left all of us better informed.
