At the risk of repeating myself, this isn't an issue IMO. If the initial wells are good enough to justify drilling out the block (and they appear to be) and BRK need to fund their share they won’t have any issues. It is not difficult to get funding for PROVED UNDEVELOPED locations. The hard part is funding the initial well and they have this covered.
