Well at very worse according to that initial report approx half of the claims are inventive & novel and reads to me patentable. So the question is - is that enough to protect hzr or could someone get the same.result and not infringe apon hzrs novel and inventive claims. Of course there is a lot more to it than this but that Twitter hater never seemed to.acknowledge that their were inventive.& Novel.claims which maybe enough already to protect hzr. I would have thought MIN lawyers would have been all over this with a fine tooth comb.
