PLS launches takeover of AJM which has developed stage 2 mining of 3mtpa although LOM of only 10 years. Synergies released benefiting AJM shareholders and expanding PLS production in scrip 4 scrip takeover.

MIN's CE for sometime has publicly stated he wanted to offload Wodgina. Does so in scrip 4 scrip transfer to PLS allowing PLS to consolidate the whole Pilbara venture and synergies released benefiting everyone.



Sorry but my unrealised capital gain is already in the hundreds of thousands and there' still 5 days to my 3 month anniversary of holding PLS.

I KNOW it will be measured in the millions sometime in CY 2019. I've cracked an iffy.
