Did you read my mind? That is exactly what i'm thinking all the time. Why would anyone do a TO when so many questions are still unanswered in the case of AVZ? Seems like a lot of risk to me. Especially for a company who wants to secure supply for its downstream operations, wouldn't they want a secure supply, hence a de-risked operation.
I'm following ML on twitter and i see him tweeting the words TO and AVZ a lot.
