In my opinion 12 months would not be long enough. Anyway this will not happen so we will have to live with the fact that the trial was a failure. Unless patients have improvement significantly above what has occurred to date, it is the end for NTCELL.
Looking at the results of the first trial, there appears to be some odd data (ie what happened at 104 weeks ?). Can they get significant improvement above what has been seen so far ? in my opinion it seems unlikely.
