If they were low on cash - how could they pay over 1.6m fee ?
What drugs do you need to take for that to make sense ?
Is this a case for ASIC ?
It's gambling with shareholder money with a hedge fund .
If they were low on money - just do what they have now followed on with a retail CR ? ! !!!
