it can be dangerous to assume any one thing drives sp moves - investors make decisions for a lot of different reasons

but i would say with some confidence that traders had postioned into the stock for a potential announcement of a 'monster' global distribution deal currently in advanced negotiation, before Friday's webinar

so when US tax changes were speculated to be delayed overnight Thursday- driving down techstocks in the US - momentum traders bailed out hard

they were in for a pop on newflow that didnt occur - and had downside risk from techstocks glbally risking off

thats why it was such an extreme rip down compared to most other tech stocks on the day

in technical parlance BUD has been 'extremely overbought' in prior 3 days. that doesnt refer to the stock price being too high or low - - but to the amount of buying pressure (like water pressure in your hose being so hard it busts the fitting off the tap)
