csm and auo as you say are outstanding value both on extremly low pe both have very strong balance sheets and long mine life projects.both are making big profits this year and increasing profits next year and both have good management.as you point out once the market becomes more positive these two will move up strongly.i dont follow hig but will look into them if they are as strong as auo and csm on fundamentals i will buy.wrongway
