Oh, and add to that the Uranium tenements, which I am barely interested in, but are in the later stages of analysis, with the data being complied and approaching an air core drilling campaign that may make URO even more attractive.

So it is an entire suite of Uranium tenements and a global portfolio of geothermal tenements (one of which has the highest thermal gradient in the world) for $3.5m.

Also, LC has already had over $3m in expenditure, and is ready to sink a well and start the construction of the first 50MW capacity (to be scaled up from there).
