Not true....take a look at GXY after they consolidated....consol'd to approx $2.21, now trading just shy of $4.

Its not the share price that's ever the issue, its the underlying company and timing of the consolidation. If done too early then yes it certainly can retreat.....timing is everything.

ESI appear to be doing everything right so far (of whats in their control), therefore if a consolidation occurred I'm sure the timing would also be right.

But this is subjective to ones intended timeline of holding on to any investment.
