Diasource might have concluded that the 'takeover' was a bit of a farce.

The fact is that ADO's projected revenue never came, the rivers of gold from all those imminent deals just didn't eventuate.

So Diasource had to fund their own takeover for years? Given that, and the fact that there wasn't strong leadership, they took the reigns.

Put yourself in their position long enough to consider the flip side.

Obviously Diasource developed some credibility problems between the science and the projected income.

Would Sickman decide to stay with ADO just to spoil things? What would be the point?
I think he has become sold on the battery science, where the cultural resistance and regulatory barriers to adoption (and associated costs) are vastly different to the biotech field.
Therefore he will back the company thoroughly. I've dealt with the worst case scenarios in my epic post a few days ago, and I concluded that even if he acts self interestedly, as a 9 million holder himself he will be going for maximum returns.

Conflict of interest? Where is it now? I understand where it was, see above!

It's not as if ADO is any threat to Diasource is it? Hand held devices? Ellume tests? Atomo. Seriously?

After long and careful consideration, those are the conclusions I've reached. Hopefully commonsense will prevail.
