The two most obvious change in direction by the board since her appointment is the decision to divest NZ, and the decision to bring in external Bain and Co to help with transformation, both of these decisions could have limited her future contributions to the board.
Prior to her appointment, divestment were considered to be Australian non-core assets only, with Data centres being the only thing identified as non-core, and maybe energy retailer after that. Her M&A experience supports the idea that she was bought in primarily with short term goals in mind, and see how it went after that.
She is also on the board of CSR, and no announcement there, so unlikely to be "personal reasons"
