Phil has developed businesses all over the world, including driving more than 600 million Euros of growth in a two year period whilst managing one of Bayer AG’s largest global franchises. He brings a strong strategic and operational skill set, and is passionate about building businesses that matter.

Phil has also consulted to many of Australia’s top organisations on culture, marketing, change and innovation. He is a sought after public speaker on these topics and is recognised as an ‘Expert Speaker’ by the CEO institute.

Phil is passionate about bringing his knowledge and skills to create an organisation that is focussed on meaningful product development in the medical nutrition space, values its people and seeks high performance in everything it does.

Phil is married with two teenage children. He loves sailing performance catamarans, taekwondo and being a board member on the charity ‘Restoring Hope’.
