I am sure you guys are familiar with those companies who pick a list of 10 stocks and send out little pamphlets of predictions. They send out two sets, one saying they will all sky rocket, the other saying the will all crash.
It's relatively easy to determine an area of high volatility, so chances are they will be right about the volatility of the move. But in either brochure version, they are sure to be right.
The brochures will be sent out to people - some will see that they got it wrong, the opposite version will be successful by default.
So ihavenoidea - your "top picking" uses a similar psychology. Cry wolf at your own peril.
