You're welcome. As I said a few times, I couldn't be more bullish about LPD. It's got everything going for it. Now we just sit back and wait. They'll be some bumps on the way I'm sure, but it's just the beginning of a long journey and I think you'd be silly to get impatient and cash at before phase 2 is complete and producing
