Word on the street is that the issue of convertible notes to friendly investors has had a great response, and there are no concerns with monies to look at future aquisitions and on-going expansion of current operations.
Can't say how long it will take to re-write the annual reports, but I think TEE have forward looking statements and financials, which is why ASIC could not allow the report out until investors and funds are finalised. I think they want to get it right this time and inform the market fully on future plans and where the company is going now.
Mark Ablett the GM is very bullish on TEE's future and with his past record, plus Michael Cappocchi (running Beam profitably for years) at the helm with funds in the door, this is shaping up to be a very exciting month for TEE.
