This is superb news----- If the joint venture partner is a major player---means they can get the cobalt/lithium/copper out of the ground alot quicker than what was first thought --------time is money plus the so called major player wouldnt get into a joint venture and spend SH money if there was nothing to gain---bring it on DYOR
